1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.

  • Technical issues that prevent course access and are not resolved within 3 business days.

  • Course was purchased but not accessed within 7 days, and a refund is requested within that period.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after course access has started.

  • Student fails to meet system requirements.

  • Poor time management or failure to complete a course.

  • Courses purchased during promotional sales or discounts.


3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email admin@iist.ng within 7 days of your purchase. Your message must include:

  • Your full name

  • Course name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund


4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.


5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
